WI Challenge: Cott Systems offers a variety of services in public records management and has been a leader in their field for 120 years. They wanted to arm the sales team with new print collateral that focuses on key client benefits and share their many client success stories in various markets.
Solution: We are creating sell sheets and success stories by interviewing Cott Systems clients who talk easily about how the Cott Systems’ software services have increased their capacity for excellent customer service–while saving time and money for clients such as county recorder’s offices and courthouse staff. The success stories and in an attractive layout well illustrate the ROI and other operational benefits of Cott Systems products and services from the customer perspective.
