WI Challenge: Appninjas’ Swipe is one of the most used Apps for credit card processing for the iPhone. They asked us to assist them with the challenge of competing with some very large and well-funded competitors.

Solution: We worked to  generate buzz that showed the unique value of Swipe over the other Apps. We met with one of the engineers to learn more about how their App worked and to understand their target market. We researched competitors and came up with a strategy to distribute press releases through traditional channels and also directly connect with reporters and bloggers who have written about this market using social media. We created press releases for Appninjas which focused on their free hardware giveaway (which securely cradles a user’s iPhone.) We continue to find innovative ways to get the word out about their innovative App.
